Danube

As with most of the stations on this line, this was built in the huge caverns left behind by the gypsum excavations. Solid ground is in fact 30m below the platforms - the entire station is built on 30m-high columns, with nothing but void beneath the rails! This station also has another platform on the right, but access to it has been closed to the public. It is connected to the Pré Saint-Gervais "Navette" line.
